In the summer of 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to join Letters From New York on their 'Best Summer Ever' tour, a series of over ten local shows in cities such as Rochester, and Buffalo New York. As a devoted fan and cinematographer, I was thrilled to be part of this journey.
My role was to capture the essence of each performance, and I ended up recording seven mesmerizing shows. From this footage, I meticulously curated the best moments to create the music video for their hit song, 'Getting Old is Getting Old.' This video aimed to encapsulate the band's energy and the electrifying atmosphere of the tour.
Moreover, I utilized this treasure trove of footage to produce short recap videos for each show. These recaps not only served as mementos for the band and their fans but also helped document the magic of the 'Best Summer Ever' tour.
The experience was both exhilarating and rewarding, and I was overwhelmed by the positive feedback from fans and the band members themselves. It was a summer filled with unforgettable memories.
